More and more Belgian and Dutch buyers are choosing Spain as their new home or investment destination. At the same time, the demand for professional guidance throughout the entire purchasing process continues to increase.

That's why we're looking for experienced self-employed real estate agents who want to help build a strong international network.

This is not a traditional collaboration where you're simply handed a list of leads and left to figure things out on your own.

Who are we looking for?

Self-employed real estate agents (Autónomos) who:

✔ Hold a valid RAICV registration

✔ Have built a strong local network

✔ Have experience in selling property on the Spanish Costas

✔ Work professionally with a strong customer focus

✔ Can work independently

✔ Believe in building long-term client relationships rather than pursuing quick transactions

✔ Speak Dutch, French or English

Additional assets

• Spanish and/or other language skills

• Experience working with international clients

• Knowledge of new-build developments

• Experience with investment properties
